How much is shipping?

  • At this time we offer Free Worldwide Shipping.
  • Also on some items we offer DHL express shipping (~10 business days).

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we ship internationally.
  • Please note that we ship the product within 3-5 business days! 

    How do I track my package?

    • To track your order, you need to copy your tracking number (it was sent to your email address) and visit our courier's website to track it. In case of any problem please contact our customer support at: sayhello@fonafona.com

    How long does it take for an order to arrive?

    • Delivery can vary and take 2-6 weeks. It depends on the item and country. We offer international shipping - no matter where you are, you can buy from us! We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers. All packages have tracking numbers.

    What's Insurance?

    • Insurance covers accidental damage and/or missing item(s) during the shipment process. Due to the nature of international shipping, damage and/or missing items during transit cannot always be entirely avoided or predicted. Should such a situation occur, and provided you have paid for insurance during the order checkout, we may contact the shipping company directly on your behalf to claim financial compensation.

    I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

    • When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. In case of any questions - sayhello@fonafona.com

      Basic Refund Policy

      • We have a full 30-day refund guarantee. If you don't like the item you can send it back to us for a full refund (customer pays return shipping cost).
      • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. The exact time can vary and is subject to the individual payment provider. Once refunds have been processed, we recommend contacting your payment provider for updates. All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
